Oliyah Joseph is a fully qualified professional in micropigmentation with over 10 years experience in the cosmetic industry. Initially trained and qualified in Russia she achieved her master diploma in semi permanent makeup 2 years ago at Biotek Academy, Milan Italy. Originally from Krasnodar, Russia, Oliyah has lived in Dubai for the past 11 years where she runs her renowned beauty course and makeup training centre.
